WATER RIGHTS
.. A well researched article in New West appeared yesterday. THE ABC's of H2O, "Understanding the basics of water law in Montana." It's well worth the read, thank you Susan Duncan... And, this comes on the heels of the Aquafornia story (via Trout Underground,) of a similar nature.
.. In the same issue of New West is a note by Peter Metcalf, about the prevention of 'Death by a thousand cuts:' the Montana stream setback concerns.
