.. Romain Grosjean’s sixth place at Melbourne, Australia yesterday ensured that Haas has become the first brand-new team to score points on their Grand Prix debut since Toyota finished sixth in 2002.

HAAS + Dallara + Ferrari + Melbourne

.. Haas are also the first American team to score points since the similarly named (but completely unaffiliated) Team Haas finished sixth at Monza in 1986.
.. Worth noting is that Grosjean only finished in the top six once last season with Team Lotus.
.. Grosjean started 19th and was passing cars at the end of the race. The team was aided by a red flag bunch-up and never looked back.

After starting 19th, Haas F1 Team driver Romain Grosjean finished an impressive sixth, earning the team eight points in the constructor standings.
