.. Thanks to NEW WEST we have an excellent point of departure 
for following the plight of Montana's last remaining population of fluvial grayling. The key to salvation may be the current effort by the Candidate Conservation Agreement with Assurances program... We've watched this situation for quite some time. It hasn't gotten better in the last 10 years. It's been more than 25 years since we knew it was bad.
