    * TIMING AND MAIN IMPACT: LIGHT SNOW WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL 
    INTENSIFY BY MID DAY AND CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY. HEAVIER 
    SNOW IS LIKELY AT ELEVATIONS ABOVE 5000 FEET.
