.. The current snow pack does not bode well for stream flows this coming Summer. The mild Winter also suggests that the Spring Rains will be warm and melt a heap of the snow early... WORST CASE SCENARIO -->> "High and violent Spring discharge, followed by low flows and a truncated season due to warm water." And, that is to say nothing of the fire potential. We hope not!
